To use a spreadsheet: create a Google Sheet with columns Name, Page, Feedback, Images/screenshots, Dev Notes, Status. Use Google Forms or Formspree to send form submissions to the sheet. Edit Dev Notes and Status in the sheet. You can embed the sheet below or link to it.
